How to request deletion of your EZ ESG app account and associated data.

This page applies to users of EZ ESG - Evidence Capture, the mobile application available on Google Play.
If you would like to delete your EZ ESG app account and associated personal data, you can submit a request using the process described below.
What will be deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, the following will be removed:
- Your EZ ESG app account
- Associated personal data (name, email, profile information)
- Uploaded evidence and documents, where applicable
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, please email:
In your email, please include:
- The email address used to log in to the EZ ESG app
- A clear request to delete your EZ ESG account and associated data
We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retention
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, audit, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons. Where retention is required, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis for doing so.
